1)One Legged TRX Squat (30s each leg)
2) Tricep Pushdowns on FM
3) Wall Sit With MB Press
4) Single Arm Pulldown with Sled (30s each arm)
5) Mtn Climbers
6) Battling Ropes (30s each person)
7) Dot Drill (30s each leading with each leg)
