Total Body Workout

Core: 1 Min x1 set

  1. Quadruped
  2. Bridge with Leg Cross Over (30s)
  3. Plank-Side Plank Combo

Ladder Drills: 2 each

  1. Run Through-Fwd & Back
  2. Lateral March
  3. Lateral High Knee Skip
  4. Lateral Twist & Skip
  5. Hop Scotch-2 Feet & 1 Foot

W.O.D. Perform 2-3 sets for 1 min

  1. Resistance Band-Tennis Shuffle w/ NRG Ball
  2. DB Close Grip Row in Push-Up Position
  3. Forward-Backwards Lunges (30s)
  4. Lateral Hurdle Drill (30s)
  5. Triceps Extension with Hands on Ball-Kneel on Disc
  6. Bosu Squats with Body Blade
