- Bridge with Leg Cross Over (30s)
- Plank-Side Plank Combo
Ladder Drills: 2 each
- Run Through-Fwd & Back
- Lateral March
- Lateral High Knee Skip
- Lateral Twist & Skip
- Hop Scotch-2 Feet & 1 Foot
W.O.D. Perform 2-3 sets for 1 min
- Resistance Band-Tennis Shuffle w/ NRG Ball
- DB Close Grip Row in Push-Up Position
- Forward-Backwards Lunges (30s)
- Lateral Hurdle Drill (30s)
- Triceps Extension with Hands on Ball-Kneel on Disc
- Bosu Squats with Body Blade
