1.No Hand KB Sit Ups with Rock: 2 x 1 Min
2.Lower Ab Marching: 2 x1 Min
3.Jog 4 Laps
1 Minute, 2-3 Rounds
1.Ab Board Twists in Push Up Position
2.Cobra On Swiss Ball
3.Liners
4.MB Side Put Against Wall (30 sec each side)
5.MB Crunches Ups On Swiss Ball
6.Reverse Hypers
Group: 2 Sets
1.Jog 2 Laps
