- Bridge with Alt Leg Raise
- Plank with Alt. Leg Up
- Aquaman
Main Workout: Perform 3 sets of 1 min each in circuit
- Walking Low Lunge
- Crawl
- Matt Jumps
- Diamond Push-Ups
- Jumping Jacks
- TRX Rows
