Core/Cardio Workout: 1 Minute, 2 Rounds
1) Standing Groin on Slide Board
2) Pull Through Walks with Sled
3) Bent Over Plate Twists
4) Plank Get-Ups
5) DB Side Bends (30s)
6) Standing FM Rows
7) Lower Ab Curls on Swiss Ball
8) MB Relay
