CORE-Cardio

Obstacle Course Jog/Walk

Group CORE Work

  • Get-Ups

Groups of 6: Perform each exercise for 1 min for 2-3 rounds

  1. V-Ups with Med Ball
  2. One Leg Bridge (30s each leg)
  3. Agility: Forward-Back Jumping Jack
  4. Lower Ab Curl with Ball-Hold Bar
  5. Reverse Hyper
  6. Agility: Side to Side Jump
  7. Seated Russian Twist with MB
  8. Push-Up Hold with Knee Up (30s each leg)
  9. Agility: Fwd-Back (switch lead foot after 30s)
