Fat Loss Workout Total Body Workout
Warm-Up: Perform 2 sets of the following exercises as quick as possible with good form:
1. Forward Lunges: 10
2. Navy Seal Push-Up: 10
3. Body Weight Squat: 10
4. Front-Back Jumping Jack: 15
5. Bicycle Crunch: 10
6. Cobra: 10
WOD: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 2-3 rounds
1. Ropes
2. TRX One Arm Row
3. Walking Low Lunge
4. Floor Press
5. Wall Squat with Ball with MB Btw Knees
6. Db Reverse Flys Over Ball
