Cardio: Obstacle Course (5 min)
Work: Perform the following exercises for 1 min each for 2-3 sets
- Wood Chops with Bands (30s each side)
- Ladder Drills-Lateral Forward-Backwards Shuffle (30s each side)
- DB Reverse Wood Chops (30s each side)
- 4 Square Drill: Forward-Carioca-Backwards-Carioca
- MB Seated Russian Twist
- Mountain Climber with Ball Hold
- Plate Side Bend (30s each)
