Cardio: Obstacle Course (5 min)

Work: Perform the following exercises for 1 min each for 2-3 sets

  1. Wood Chops with Bands (30s each side)
  2. Ladder Drills-Lateral Forward-Backwards Shuffle (30s each side)
  3. DB Reverse Wood Chops (30s each side)
  4. 4 Square Drill: Forward-Carioca-Backwards-Carioca
  5. MB Seated Russian Twist
  6. Mountain Climber with Ball Hold
  7. Plate Side Bend (30s each)
