SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Total Body Fat Loss Workout of the Day 07/26/2010

Warm-Up: Perform 2 sets of the following exercises as quick as possible with good form:

1.Forward Lunges with Arm Raise-10

2. High Knee Run-15
3. Prone Triceps Ext-10

4. Supine Russian Twist-10
5. Knee Slaps-30 s each

Workout of the Day: Perform 2-3 sets of the following exercises for 1 min

1. Battle Ropes (30s)
2. Split Squats with Foot on Mat (30s each leg)
3. Sandbag Run
4. TRX One Arm Row (30s each arm)
5. Lateral M Sprint
6. Dips on Beam
