Fat Loss Challenge Day – Total Body Workout
Challenge Day Friday
Each Friday we will have a challenge workout for you to test your fitness against others in the class or on the web across the country.
Perform the following exercises for 3 rounds as fast as possible with good form.
You can mix up the order as needed/desired as you choose.
Warm-Up:
1. High Knee Run Hand Touch: 5
2. Aquaman Push-Up: 3-5
3. Side Lunge with Touch: 5
4. Mountain Climbers: 5
5. Squat: 10
6. Jog/Sprint/Walk: 2 Laps
Challenge Day-Perform as many reps as you can with good form for 1 minute for 2 rounds
1. High Knee Run Hand Touch
2. Aquaman Push-Up
3. Side Lunge with Touch
4. Mountain Climbers
5. Jog/Sprint/Walk
6. One Arm Pull-Up
7. MB Squat Wall Pass
8. MB Rotations-Wall
