Cardio: Obstacle Course (5 min)
Work: Perform the following exercises for 1 min each for 2-3 sets
1. Quadruped-Elbow to Knee (30s each side)
2. Fire Hydrants (30s each side)
3. Reverse Crunch-Legs Up
4. Side Leg Raises (30s each side)
5. Side Lying Hip Adduction (30s each side)
6. Bicycle Crunches
7. Bridge with Leg Cross-Over (30s each side)
8. Prone Hip Extension
9. Plank Combo
