Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 2 rounds:
- MB Partner Lunges (30 s each side)
- Ladder: In-In-Out-Out (Forwards & Backwards) (30 s each movement)
- Basketball Partner Push-up (Alternate Ball Under Hand)
- Single Leg Deadlifts (30 s each side) *Mirror Image
- MB Partner Push Press-Work on Power-Throw Ball As Far As Possible
- Band Partner Trunk Rotations (30 s each side)
- MB Partner Lateral Shuffle (30 s each side)
- Band Partner Seated/Kneeling Rows
Group Walking/Jogging Intervals-5 min
