I have been to many other boot camps – some too hard, some too easy. This is just right. You can make it as hard as you want – and I even overdid it some days. What I love about this boot camp is every day IS different. So there is no boredom factor. And finally, Brien is a sweetheart. Very supportive but pushes you at the same time. Way to go Brien!
