FBBC Fat Loss Challenge Day’ Total Body Workout 2/25: Run, Lunges, Squats, Run, Battle Ropes, Medicine Balls, Gliders, Leg Curls, TRXTheme: Challenge (You can modify the number of reps and the exercises if needed if you are a beginner have limitations.)Warm-Up (5-10 min)
The goal is to accomplish as many rounds as possible (with good form) in 25 minutes. Each person must complete the given number of reps before moving on to the next exercise. Exercises can be done in any order.
1. ¼ mile run’ 2 laps @ SMGC (Beam Over-Unders)
2. Tubing Pull & Rotate (Wide Grip-Palm Down): 15 Each Side
3. Glider Prone In-Out Jack- 20
4. Battle Rope: Jumping Jacks -20
5. Swiss Ball Leg Curls’ 10 *Hips up
6. TRX Triceps Ext-10
7. MB Seated Figure 8 Russian Twist -20
8. Fwd-Back Lunge with MB Rotation- 10 Each Side *Rotate MB Over Front Knee
9. Plate/Sandbag Squats -15
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
