3/9 Total Body Tabata Fat Loss Workout of the Day: Squats, Push-Press, Side Lunge, Push-Up, Relay, Medicine Ball
TABATA: Perform each exercise for 20s with 10 s rest for 6 sets total, one after the other
Preparation:
- Body Weight Squats: 20
- Side Lunge Touch: 5 Each Side
- Crunches: 15
- Push Up- Spiderman Jumps: 3-5
- Jog: 2 Laps
Tabata:
- Plate Push Press
- MB Pick-Up Relay *Put 4 mb’s on ground’ grab mb and replace with another
- Push Up- Spiderman Jumps *Modify with Push-ups or Plank
- Inverted Rows with Bridge *Squeeze Shoulder Blades
- Ball Crunches
- Side Lunge Touch
- MB Side to Side Rotation
