3/22: Core-Cardio Workout of the Day: Lower Abs, Bridges, Side Plank, Push-Up, Obliques
Core Workout: Perform 3 Sets of the following exercises in circuit for 1 minute (in between each exercise perform cardio of choice for 30 s). Rest 20s after each set + cardio combo
*Cardio Options: Jumping Jacks, Burpees, Mtn. Climbers, High Knee, etc.
1) Lower Abdominal Vertical Raise with Partner **Legs Straight
2) Bridge with Leg Raise (30s each side) *Keep Hips Up & Level *Legs Straight
3) Push-Up Hold with Knee Up (after 30s alternate knee) *Keep perfect plank * Stay tight
4) Side Plank on Elbow with Side Leg Raise (30s each side) *Stay tight
5) Swimmer (30s)–> Hip Ext-Both Legs Up (30s) *Legs Straight
6) Straight Leg Alternating Oblique Reach *Reach Opp. Hand to Foot *Tongue on Roof *Come all the way down
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
