3/25 Fat Loss Challenge Day Friday’ Total Body Workout of the Day: Squats, Lunges, Pull-Ups, Crawls, Sit-Ups, Jumps
Preparation:
1. Squat: 10
2. Prisoner Lunges: 5 Each
3. Crawl: 5 Each
4. Jumps (10) Side to Side Jumps (5 Each Side)
5. Sit-Ups: 10
6. Aquaman: 5 Each Side
Perform the following exercises in order for 25 minutes as fast as possible with good form. Count the total number of rounds you complete in 25 minutes.
1. MB Squat & Press-Wall: 10
2. Beam Overs: 10
3. Prisoner Walking Lunges: 10 each leg
4. Close Grip Pull-Up or Jumping Pull-Up: 10
5. Crawl:10 each arm *Opp arm & Leg
6. Ring Side Jumps: 10 each
7. Sit-Ups: 10
8. Side to Side Slalom: 10
9. Aquaman: 10 each arm
90 Reps Each Round
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
