3/29: Core-Cardio Workout of the Day: Lower Abs, TRX Hip Drop, Battle Ropes, Crunches, Glider, Cobra
Core Workout: Perform 3 Sets of the following exercises in circuit for 1 min. Rest approx. 20s after each set.
1. Glider: Standing Groin *3 B’s
2. MB Bent Knee Combo Crunch (30s each side)*Keep Tuck *MB starts overhead and touches foot
3. Battle Ropes: Kneeling Overhand Grip Rotations (30 s Each)
4. MB Side to Side Rotations
5. Ball Cobra (Hold 60s)
6. TRX Hip Drop (30s each side)
7. Prone Lower Abdominal Swiss Ball Curl *Swiss Ball Btw Knees
Perform after : Obstacle Course (5-10 min)
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
