8/27 Menlo Park Boot Camp Core–Cardio Workout

Warm-Up: Dynamic Stretches (10 min)

Perform the following 8 exercises in a group for 1 min in a circuit. Repeat above 3 times.

1.     TRX Hip Drop (30s each side)

2.     Bleachers

3.     Lower Ab Curl w/MB Btw Knees *3 B’s *Lift Tailbone Off Ground

4.     Jump Rope Jacks

5.     Hand Bridge with Leg Raise (30s  each side) *Hips up & Level

6.     Walk/Jog

7.     90 Degree Crunch with Med Ball Touch  *MB Between Knees *Legs Flexed at 90

8.     Battle Ropes-Bosu Kneeling Double Overhand Grip Wave à Single Wave (30s each)

Cool Down: Static Stretching
