San Carlos Boot Camp 11/21/11- Unilateral Total Body Workout- Which Side is Stronger?
Preparation: Perform the following exercises with good form:
1. Back Lunge with with Arm Drive: 5-10 Each Side
2. Prisoner Cross-Over Lunge: 5-10 Each Side
3. Lateral Hops: 10 Each Side
4. Push-Ups: 5-10
5. Walk/Jog: 3 min
Workout of the Day: Perform 3 sets of the following exercises for 40s:
1. One Arm DB/Plate Chest Press with Head on Swiss Ball (20s each side) *Keep Hips Up
2. Prisoner Cross-Over Lunge (20s each side)
3. TRX One Arm Row w/ Rotation (20s each side)*Lock
4. Lateral Hops (20s each side)
5. 3 Cone L Drill:
6. Battle Ropes- Underhand Grip Wave on 1 Foot (20s each side)
7. Step-Ups with Arm Drive (20s each side) *Barely touch back foot so all weight is on front foot on step
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
