Warm-up (10 minutes) *Go over WOD Exercises Here
Perform the following partner workout for 3 rounds of 1 min each.
1) Military Sprint- Take turns sprinting to the front of the line
2) Lower Ab Resistance (30s each)
3) Plate Floor Press (30s each) *Apply manual resistance to fatigue partner
4) Battle Ropes- Single Arm Wave on 1 Foot (30s Each Side)
5) MB Partner Lunge (30s Each Side)
6) BB Reaction Drill
7) Partner Pull-Ups (30s each)
8) MB Explosive Push Press
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
