Boot Camp Fitness San Carlos 5/16/12- Try This Kick Butt Combo TABATA Workout!
Dynamic Warm-Up: 10 Min
Exercise Review (5 min):
1. Jumping Jacks: 10
2. Prisoner Sumo Squats: 10
3. Prisoner Sumo Squat Jumps: 5
4. Split Squats: 5 Each
5. Alternating Split Squat Jump: 5 Each
6. High Knees & Butt Kicks: 10 each side
7. Prone Jack Knife & Prone Jacks: 5 each
8. Push-Ups: 5
Combo Tabata: Perform each set of movements for 20s with 10 s rest for 4 sets each- alternate the 4 sets. Do all 8 sets before moving to next station.
1. TRX Chest Press & TRX Chest Flys
2. Alternating Split Squat Jumps (Alt Leg) & Split Squats (2 Sets Each Side for Both Sides) *Modify as needed
3. Glider Prone Jack Knife & Glider Prone Hip AB/AD *Perform on hands if possible *Feet on Gliders
4. High Knees & Butt Kicks
5. Prisoner Sumo Jump Squats & Sumo Squats *Wide Feet *Toes out
6. Fat Man Rows & MB Slams
7. Matt/Plate Side Step & Jumping Jacks *Stay Low on Side Step *If there are no mats, create an elevated surface with plates
Circle Time-Cool Down Stretches: 5 min
