I am ramping up my training for Tough Mudder in South Lake Tahoe on September 22nd and The Toughest Mudder in New Jersey in November.

Given I need to start training more intensely and frequently, I am inviting you to join me on my fitness journey.

These are my personal workouts and I am inviting you to join me at no cost.
I often get side tracked from my goals just like you and I know if I put my proposed training schedule out there, others will join and I will have to commit 🙂
These are not classes like our structured sessions for boot camps and not coaching sessions.
We will work together as a team, go at our own pace and work on getting better each week.
My proposed schedule is Tuesdays @ 3pm, Thursdays @ 8am and Saturdays or Sundays @ 8 am. Below is the schedule for the next two weeks. A few of my Tough Mudder teammates have committed to running tomorrow @ 6:15 am because they need to work @ 8am, so you will see a 6:15 am time for tomorrow also. They also need to commit to a structured running schedule, so this may be a weekly event for the next few months.
Schedule:
- Thursday, 8/9: 6:15 am Waterdog Lake in Belmont- intersection of Lake and Lyall. *Mike King & Patti will be there while I am sleeping
- Thursday, 8/9: 8 am Waterdog- intersection of Lake and Lyall. *My workout *3.2 mile run
- Saturday, 8/11: 8 am Cross Country Trail off Ralston in Belmont: http://www.yelp.com/biz/crystal-springs-cross-country-course-belmont *5-7 miles
- Tuesday, 8/14: 3 pm Waterdog- intersection of Lake and Lyall. *3.2 mile run
- TBD
- Sunday, 8/12: 8am *Meet at the intersection of Edgewood Rd & Canada Rd in San Carlos *5-8 miles

Boot Camp Updates:
- All current boot campers can attend Redwood City Boot Camp @ 6 am tomorrow for the Core-Cardio Class: Community Street Jam in Redwood City-849 Veterans Blvd, Redwood City, CA 94630
- Please bring running shoes to all locations on Friday. We will be doing a 1 mile challenge workout outside for those that want to participate. As always, you can walk and go at your own pace.
- Sunday-Community Barbecue at Twin Pines Park in Belmont from 12-4 at the Meadow.
