“Hey, Brien- The experiment has paused for a while as I am in the process of moving AND I am really satisfied with my progress to date. The results: started March 1, 2012 and ended August 29, 2012. Changed diet significantly to lean protein, vegetables, beans and salads, usually 3 at every meal. Staring weight- 215. Ending weight- 185. Total weight loss of 30 pounds without ever being hungry. Three to four sessions per week at the Menlo Bootcamp, one to two basketball sessions per week, and an occasional free weight workout. Became leaner, stronger and quicker. Numerous comments from guys I’ve played with for years about the game improvements taking place on an ongoing basis. Increased max bench press weight from 215 lbs. to 245 lbs. without focusing on the exercise- strength gain attributable to Bootcamp. All in all, just an amazing 6 month stretch in my life that I feel can be MY lifestyle. Totally diggin’ it!
