The 5 WORST Ingredients In Your Kitchen (AVOID AT ALL COST)

Most kitchens have ALL of these fat storing, bloat causing, and energy draining ingredients in them – I’ve listed them down below for you. 

You might have these fattening and disease causing ingredients in your kitchen, too. 

Unfortunately you may not even realize it, but no matter how “clean” and “healthy” that you try to eat, as long as you’re eating these five ingredients, you’re going to keep struggling to lose your belly fat, the bloating, as well as that feeling of constant fatigue. 

But it’s not your fault… 

…because for years the big food conglomerates have marketed these five deadly ingredients as “healthy” and “good for you” which is why you can find them in almost every kitchen across the country – YIKES!

The truth is, they’re simply low cost and high profit ingredients that act as fillers and binders, and so it just makes financial sense for the big food industry to keep selling this cheap junk to us – even at the cost of your and your family’s health.

1) Sugar – for years they’ve told us that fat is the enemy and that if you eat low fat you’ll lose your belly fat, yet two thirds of people out there are still overweight and can’t seem to lose the weight. 

Why do you think that is? 

Research continues to prove that sugar (especially fructose) is making AND keeping you fat at an alarming rate, and that’s in addition to forcing your body to get bloated and puffy.

But that’s not all that sugar is doing to your health. Worldwide the rate of diabetes is skyrocketing and more and more people are diagnosed with diabetes than ever before – including children, which was once unheard of.  

It’s no wonder that over two thirds of the population is fat, sick, and tired!

2) Grains – A diet high in grains puts stress on your body’s insulin regulation mechanism, which leaves you susceptible for weight gain and diabetes. 

It’s also easy to find yourself bloated when eating food items that are filled with grain since these items are high in calories, high in carbs and contain “antinutrient” compounds that interfere with your body’s digestion and absorption of nutrients. 

3) Gluten – You may think that you’re safe eating gluten, but studies are showing that more and more people are sensitive to gluten. This sensitivity leads to bloating, leaky gut syndrome, and weight gain. 

Gluten is a grain protein that triggers an immune response when ingested. Over time this can lead to dermatitis, joint pain, reproductive problems, acid reflux, other digestive conditions, autoimmune disorders, and celiac disease. 

But gluten is a cheap filler to add to foods and so “big food” continues to poison our food supply with it until the USDA stops them… which isn’t going to happen any time soon. 

4) Dairy – According to USA Today, 75% of adults have a decrease in lactase activity. Why does this matter? Without lactase your body can’t properly digest dairy…and this means painful, bloated belly syndrome, which adds inches to your waistline.

One doctor I know of tests all of his patients for food sensitivities and also found that 80% of his patients can’t digest casein, another byproduct of dairy.

Generally when my clients remove pasteurized dairy from their diets they often reduce weight, belly fat, gut inflammation and pain.  Elimination, sinus issues and skin issues tend to improve. 

5) Soy – Did you know that 93% of soy is genetically modified and has one of the highest pesticide contamination rates of any food? It also contains extremely high levels of natural toxins.

If you need another reason to stop eating soy then get this: Soy has a high concentration of goitrogens which block production of thyroid hormones. When your thyroid production is low then your energy becomes zapped, your metabolism crashes, and weight gain becomes automatic. 

As I said, you might have all or some of these fat and disease promoting ingredients in your kitchen. You’re best off avoiding them all together if you want to easily drop fat, regain your energy and your health.
