The word of the week is Challenge.
A challenge is something new and difficult which requires great effort and determination.
I have recently encountered a challenge that has rocked my world. I ruptured my patellar tendon, had surgery and now I must wait 3 months without bending my knee for the rehab to begin.
My challenge has drastically changed my active lifestyle; however, it has given me so much more.
I have learned patience, empathy and to be even more grateful!
These lessons will be with me for well beyond my rehab.
What challenges have you overcome in your life?
How have your challenges made you a better version of yourself?
The next time you have a challenge, be grateful for the pain because soon you will level up from where you are now.
Challenges are what make life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.” Joshua J Marine

This is my new online Fitness, Nutrition and Accountability Program that has my average female clients losing 10-15 pounds & 3-5% Body Fat while building lean muscle (aka “getting toned”) in just their first 42 Days.
Everything can be done at home and by remote coaching as well, so you don’t have to be able to make it to the gym every day to get results.
