The word of the week is Improve!
To improve is to enhance in value or quality: make better.
How can you improve the quality of your life?
What do you specifically need to improve?
If you are having trouble getting specific, what are your challenges?
Were these the same challenges that you had in 2018, 2017 and past years? Challenges tend to stick around for a while.
Let’s focus on one of your challenges that you would like to make a victory by the end of the year….
Many I work with have sleep issues.
What can you do to improve your sleep quantity and quality?
- Get a new bed
- Purchase an activity tracker (fit bit, apple watch, etc.)
- Take melatonin, CBD or other sleep aids
- Talk to your doc
- Search the internet
- Tell everyone on Facebook that you have sleep issues and receive hundreds of likes, prayers and comments
- Be consistent with your sleep – wake cycles
- Shut off tech 30-60 mins prior to bed
- Avoid caffeine or limit consumption to before noon
- Consult a sleep expert or read some awesome tips from my colleague Sina Nada here: Sleep
- Contact me for a free strategy session
Whatever you decide to do, just do something.
The only way to improve is to get off the sidelines and take action.
Stop thinking about getting healthy and start doing what you need to do to get and most importantly, stay healthy!
It’s never too late to IMPROVE…until it’s too late!
“You make the world a better place by making daily improvements to become the best version of yourself.” ― Roy T. Bennett
Take on our new 28 Day New Year – New Possibility Challenge and Improve in 2020!
I spent a lot of time developing this new challenge with the goal of making eating healthy easier and less expensive than ever before.
If something is easy and sustainable it will produce greater RESULTS., especially when it comes to food.
Losing weight, body fat, blood pressure, getting stronger, improving sleep, reducing overall stress and improving health is the side effect of your consistent healthy habits.
Consistency & Simplicity is my goal for you and me in 2020!
