Word of the Week: SIMPLICITY

The word of the week is Simplicity!

The simplicity of something is the fact that it is not complicated and can be understood or done easily.

Simplicity is not only my word of the week, but it’s also one of my top two words for 2020! Consistency is my other top word of 2020 and that was the word of the week last week.

Confucius said, “Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.”

Do you tend to overcomplicate things?   I know I have and that is why it is one of my top words this year.

My goal is to create even better and faster results for you and make the strategies & programs even simpler!

My goal for myself is to follow my own simple self-care system to look and feel my very best- the 7 Daily Primal Needs.

The system was created to help my coaching clients simplify and prioritize what is most important to get the best & fastest results.

Keep it simple, stupid this week and every week (KISS RULE)!

The KISS principle states that most systems work best if they are kept simple rather than made complicated; therefore, simplicity should be a key goal in design, and unnecessary complexity should be avoided.
