Are you a Mom?

Are you a Mom? How about looking to become a Mom? Friday night, while some of you were out having fun on the town,  I was having fun on Facebook and developed a new resource for Moms. This resource is called Healthy & Fit Bay Area Moms. Check it out on Facebook here: Healthy & Fit Bay Area MomsThis resource is here for Moms to learn from each other, share knowledge and experience about kids, relationships, organization skills, nutrition, exercise, schools, vaccines, food allergies, stress management techniques, alternative health care models and anything else that moms deal with each day.

It is basically your page. Once in a while I will add some nutrition, exercise and other health-related info pertaining to Moms and your families. I will also find other health care practitioners that have a specialty in Women’s Health, Children’s Health Care, and other experts that can help Moms create balance in this hectic world we live in.

Use this page to:

•    Find the best deals in the area for your needs
•    Talk about schools options for your kids
•    Share something funny your child just said to you
•    Learn how to get in the best shape of your life
•    Find the best movement options for your kids (gymnastics, dance, etc)
•    Post photos of your kids and family having fun
•    And more-whatever you find you need

I created this page because I have a special calling to help Moms around the world create balance in today’s world. Most of my clients are women and many of them are moms. I hear and see what they have to go through on a daily basis and I applaud all of them. These are difficult times. Not only do Moms have to take care of the kids and many times the husbands, many also need to work outside of the home. It is often hard to find Mom time and when this doesn’t happen life feels out of control.

The Moms I see as clients are often over-worked, over-committed, tired, stressed, anxious, frustrated with their bodies and many times their lives. They wake up feeling unrested and are upset whenever they look in the mirror or their skinny jeans in their closet. They are often lacking intimacy and would love to have more free time to take care of their needs.

Besides having lots of clients with kids, I also have a wife and two kids, so I see what my wife deals with every day to get the family’s needs met, her workouts in, her other needs met and working 3x/week.

If you can relate to any of this, join Healthy & Fit Bay Area Moms for FREE here:  Healthy & Fit Bay Area Moms and meet others that have the same problems and others that have solutions to your problems. You’re not alone. Ask for help and you will receive what you need.

If you know of any Moms that would also be interested in this resource please tell them to go here: Healthy & Fit Bay Area Moms
