Blueberry Carrot Smoothie

Enjoy the taste of this nutritious easy smoothie recipe in the morning. 🙂

Makes 1 serving

indexIngredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 carrot (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Directions:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
