Boot Camp Menlo Park 3/24/12- Abs Of Steel Workout
Warm-Up (Cardio & Stretches) (15 min)
Perform the following exercises below in a circuit for 60s each for 3 rounds:
1. TRX Jack Knife or Pike
2. Swiss Ball Side Bend (30s each side)
3. Battle Rope: Slams (30s each) *Partner Holds Rope
4. Band Walking Side Step (30s each direction)
5. MB Split Stance Shoulder Put (30s each side)
6. Sandbag Crunch
7. MB Explosive Rotation with Partner (alt. sides)
Circle Time: Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
