Boot Camp Menlo Park 3/29/12- 30 Minute Killer AB Workout
Warm-Up (Stretches) (10 min)
Perform the following 8 exercises in a group for 1 min in a circuit. Repeat above 3 times.
1. TRX Hip Drop (30s each side)
2. Bleachers
3. Partner Lower Ab Curl w/MB Btw Knees *3 B’s *Lift Tailbone Off Ground *Hold each others forearms
4. Jump Rope Jacks *Relax heels
5. Hand Bridge with Leg Raise (30s each side) *Hips up & Level
6. Walk/Jog
7. 90 Degree Crunch with Med Ball Touch *MB Between Knees *Legs Flexed at 90
8. Battle Ropes-Bosu Kneeling Double Overhand Grip Wave with Single Wave & Egg Beaters (30s each)
Circle Time: Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
