Boot Camp Redwood City 2/6/12- 30 Minute Fat Burning Workout  

Preparation (15 min)- Incorporate dynamic warm-up & movements below.
Perform each exercise for 50s for 3-4 rounds:
1.     Sandbag Swing (Movement begins with hips back, arms stay straight and connected to torso throughout movement- Raise arms with ankle knee and hip drive – explode into ground. Goal is to create a rhythm. Keep good posture).
2.     3 Cone Liners with Down-Ups (Perform down-up at each cone. Stay low.)
3.     Swiss Ball Plate Press (Elbows In. Keeps hips up in bridge.)
4.     TRX T & Y (25s each) (Lock shoulders back & down)
5.     Squat Burpees (Stay in the squat after the tuck, they do not come up and jump. No push-up)
6.     MB Overhead Sit-Up (Throw ball into wall. Wide feet. Dig heels into ground)
7.     Battle Ropes: Jumping Jacks with Rope (25s) *Jumping Jacks (25s)
