Here is my favorite Detox smoothie/shake recipe:
- Filtered Water (8 oz)
- SP Complete (2 Scoops)
- Whey Protein (1-2 Scoops) *Not needed if sedentary
- Coconut Cream (2 TBS)
- Organic Eggs (1-2) *Consume every 3-4 days
- Cinnamon (pinch)
- Banana (1 Serving)
- Add Greens (1 TBS) or Spinach for More Veggies
- Can Add Stevia to enhance sweetness
