MB Partner Workout: 1-2 sets
1. Partner Lunges-30 s each side
2. Kneeling Chest Pass-15
3. Kneeling Triceps Throw-15
4. Kneeling Rotation-15
5. Push-Up Hold with Roll-1 min
6. Superpepes with Ball Roll-1 min
5 Yard Track Drills:
1. March
2. Skip
3. High Knee Run
4. Lateral step
3 Cone Rxn Drill: 20-30s x 3-5
Strength Program: One minute circuit – 2-3 sets
1) Stability Ball Push Ups
2) DB Tricep extensions on the floor
3) Bent over med ball rows with 1 sec hold
4) Seated bent over rev. fly with 1 sec hold
