Perform each exercise in circuit for 2 minutes for 1-2 rounds.

  1. KB Forward Lunges
  2. Jump Rope
  3. Hurdle Squats
  4. Boxing Combinations
  5. Single Leg Deadlifts
  6. Horizontal Trunk Rotations
  7. Medicine Ball Semi-Circle
