Burlingame Fitness Club Workout 9/12/11- Workout for Weight Loss
Preparation: Perform the following exercises with good form:
Prisoner Squats-5
Prisoner Side Squat: 3 Each Side
Prisoner Good Mornings: 10
Close Grip Push-Ups-10
Cobra with Legs Up-10
Sit-Ups with Chops-10 Each Side
Jog: 2-4 Laps
Workout of the Day: Perform 3-4 sets of the following exercises for 40s each:
1. Rope Climbs/Pull-Ups *20s each
2. MB/Sandbag Side Squat *MB on One Shoulder *Drop into squat as you step to side *Switch Weight To Other Shoulder After 20s
3. Plate/MB Wide Good Mornings *Feet are wide
4. TRX Triceps Ext
5. Matt/Pitt Crawl
6. Battle Ropes: Underhand Grip Laddering alternating Wave (20s)
7. Partner Mirror Cone Drill *One person is the leader and does whatever they want and the other follows-switch every 20s
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
