Recovery Day
Perform each exercise in circuit for 2 minutes for 2 rounds.
- Lower Abdominal Over Ball–>Bridges with Head on Ball
- Standing Groin on Slide Board (1st round) –> Plank with Feet on Slide Board & Abduction/Adduction
- Sled Rotations (1 min each side)
- 3 Position Pull (Stand on Disc for Added Instability)
- Agility Ball with Partner
- Walk/Jog (Aerobic Intensity)
