Burlingame Weight Loss Boot Camp Workout of the Day 02/03/2010

Recovery Day

Perform each exercise in circuit for 2 minutes for 2 rounds.

  1. Lower Abdominal Over Ball–>Bridges with Head on Ball
  2. Standing Groin on Slide Board (1st round) –> Plank with Feet on Slide Board & Abduction/Adduction
  3. Sled Rotations (1 min each side)
  4. 3 Position Pull (Stand on Disc for Added Instability)
  5. Agility Ball with Partner
  6. Walk/Jog (Aerobic Intensity)
