Preparation: Perform the following exercises with good form:
1. Sprinters Backwards Lunge: 5 each side *Opp Arm & Leg
2. Wide Stance Good Morning: 10 *Hands behind head
3. Elbow Plank-Side Plank Combo: 3 each
4. Push-Ups: 5-10
5. Square Drill: 3-5 Min *Fwd-Lateral (RT)-Back-Lateral (LT)
Workout of the Day: Perform 3-4 sets of the following exercises for 40s:
1. Plate Bent Over Rows *Butt Out
2. Battle Ropes: Overhand Grip Double Wave with Semi Circle (20s) *Partner Stabilizes Rope *Both Partners Stay Low *Quick Transition
3. Elbow Plank-Side Plank Combo *Alternate Plank-Side Plank every 2-4 s
4. MB/Plate Wide Stance Good Morning *Butt Out *Flat Back
5. TRX Triceps Ext & Biceps Curls (20 s each)
6. Swiss Ball Push-Ups *Hands on ball *Widen Feet to Make Easier *Hold to Modify-no push-up *Feet on Bench to Make Harder
7. Sprinters Step-Ups with Knee Drive (20s each side) *Opp Arm & Leg *Increase height of bench/step/matt to make harder *Keep foot on bench/step/matt
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
