Cherry Pudding Supreme

Wait until you taste this cherry pudding. Because it is so tasty, it is hard to believe that it provides so many health benefits. Cherries contain 19 times as much beta carotene as blueberries or strawberries. Certain compounds in cherries are known to reduce the pain of arthritis and gout, reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes and certain cancers. Cherries also have been found to delay the aging process.


• 20 organic cherries
• 1/2 avocado (ripe)
• 3 dates

Instructions:  Combine above ingredients in a food processor or Vita Mix until smooth. Delicious
