Ever given up on a recipe that seemed too complicated or had too many ingredients? Well, that won’t happen this time. This recipe was first created by our friend, Brittany who has a Paleo podcast called Wellness Beets and a blog called Sparkle Kitchen– both really cool resources for health and wellness.
INGREDIENTS:
- Mint Chocolate Chip, flavor Coconut Butter
TOOLS:
- A silicone muffin tray works best, but you can use a mini muffin tray with paper liners.
DIRECTIONS:
- Spoon dollops of coconut butter into muffin tray.
- Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy now or refrigerate for later!
