Dairy, Gluten & Soy Free Food Sources

It is quite common these days to realize that you may be one of the many with a dairy, gluten or soy intolerance or allergy. One of the best things to do if you have unexplained symptoms like allergies, sinus issues, bloating, gas, heartburn, fatigue, sleep issues, weight gain, pain, and others is to get a food allergy test like we do with our Comprehensive Metabloic Profile Testing or to test your sensitivity to common food allergens with our elimination and re-introduction diet called the 21 Day Weight Management & Purifcation Program.

For a personal test, you could just avoid these foods for a month and recognize how you feel. But remember, you have to be sure and not to cheat to really feel the effect of the food once you add it back into your diet after a month. I recommend adding only one food back into your diet at a time with 72 hours in between. If you feel negative symptoms with a food, eliminate it immediately. You could feel okay with the food but find that with repeated exposures symptoms begin.
