Core/Cardio Workout

Floor Work: Perform 2 sets of the following exercises in a circuit or for 1 minute:

Lower Abdominal Curl Up
Bridge with Leg Extension (Hold 10s)
Side Lying Groin Raise (30s Each)
Prone Cobra

Core-Cardio Circuit: Perform 2-3 sets of the following exercises in a circuit or for 1 minute:

Band Trunk Rotations (30s each side)
Cardio: Walk/Jog
TRX Side Plank (30s each side)
Cardio: Tramp
Wheel Roll Out
Cardio: Semi Circle Reaction Drill with Golf Ball (30s each)
