5/16 Fat Loss Workout – Total Body Workout of the Day: TRX Row, Split Squat Jumps, Backwards Lunges, Battle Ropes, M-Drill, Sandbag Run
Preparation:
Warm-Up: Perform the following exercises with good form:
Backwards Lunges with Arm Raise-10 Each
Prisoner Split Squats-10 Each
Prisoner Split Squat Jumps-5 Each Side
Kneeling Triceps Ext Prone-10
Prone Hip Extension: 10
Square Drill: Forward Jog Lateral Shuffle Backwards Jog Lateral Shuffle (3 Min)
Workout of the Day: Perform 2-3 sets of the following exercises for 1 min
1. Lateral M Sprint *Alternate Sides
2. TRX One Arm Row (20s each arm) *Keep Hips Stable
3. Partner Sandbag/Plate/Medicine Ball Run
4. Prisoner Split Squats Jumps (20s each leg) (Shows Split Squats with Leg Elevated in Video)
5. Reverse Hyper Extension
6. Kneeling Triceps Ext. on Beam *Bring back knees to make harder (Dips in video)
7. Battle Ropes: Backwards Lunges with 1 Arm Single Wave (20s each side)
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
