3/11: Core-Cardio Challenge Workout of the Day: Battle Ropes, Swiss Balls, Medicine Balls, Sandbags, Jump Ropes,
Perform the following exercises for 3 rounds as fast as possible with good form. You can mix up the order as needed/desired as you choose.
- Mat Step-Ups: 15 Leading with each foot
- Lower Ab with Vertical Straight Leg Raise: 15 *Lift Pelvis
- Battle Ropes: Big Egg Beaters with Squat: 20
- Swiss Ball Jack Knife: 15
- Ankle Band Side Step-Squat Position: 20 Each Direction
- Reverse Pull-Ups: 10
- Sandbag/MB Jog/Walk: 2 Laps
- Jump Rope: 50
- Swiss Ball Russian Twists: 15 Each Side
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
