3/11: Core-Cardio Challenge Workout of the Day: Battle Ropes, Swiss Balls, Medicine Balls, Sandbags, Jump Ropes,

Perform the following exercises for 3 rounds as fast as possible with good form. You can mix up the order as needed/desired as you choose.

  1. Mat Step-Ups: 15 Leading with each foot
  2. Lower Ab with Vertical Straight Leg Raise: 15 *Lift Pelvis
  3. Battle Ropes: Big Egg Beaters with Squat: 20
  4. Swiss Ball Jack Knife: 15
  5. Ankle Band Side Step-Squat Position: 20 Each Direction
  6. Reverse Pull-Ups: 10
  7. Sandbag/MB Jog/Walk: 2 Laps
  8. Jump Rope: 50
  9. Swiss Ball Russian Twists: 15 Each Side

Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
