2/14 Fat Loss Workout Total Body Workout of the Day: Floor Press, Sandbags, TRX, Medicine Balls, BosuTheme: Valentine’s Day Partner WorkoutPreparation:
*Perform the following in a group
1. Squats: 10
2. Jump Squat: 10
2. Close Grip Push-Up: 5-10
3. Bridges: 10
4. Walk/Jog: Forward Jog & Lateral Shuffle (3 min)
WOD: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 3 rounds
- Plate Floor Press
- Sandbag Partner Sprint *Switch bag to other shoulder at halfway point
- MB Prone Leg Curls (30s each)
- Battle Ropes: Standing Rotation (30s only) *Move from core *Pivot feet *Visualize taking someone’s neck and throwing it to the group-great UFC exercise*Should need rest so only 30s *2 people per rope
- Partner Pull-Ups (30s each) *Spot each other
- TRX/Rings Squat Jumps (30s each or 60s squats)
- Lateral Side Step with Bosu or Matt (30s each)
