Fight Gone Ugly’ Total Fat Loss Workout 2/21/11: Boxing, Push-Ups, Medicine Balls, Battle Ropes, Sit-Ups, Lunges, Jump Rope, Pull-UpsPreparation:
- Forward Lunges: 5 each side *Core Tight *Keep Shoulders Back & Down
- Boxers Side to Side Squats (with hands up): 5 each side
- Imaginary Jump Rope: 25 *Heels barely off ground on balls of feet
- Boxing Combinations: 1-2 min
- Semi-Circle Drill: 20 s
- Push-Ups: 5-10
- Sit-Ups with Punches: 10
Perform each exercise in circuit for 2 minutes for 2 rounds (28 min)
1. MB Partner Lunges (30s each side for 1 min) MB Chest Press (One Min)
2. Jump Rope *Heels barely off ground on balls of feet
3. Beam Boxers Side to Side Squats *Hands up *Do Boxing Combinations
4. Rope One Arm Rotations (30s each side for 2 min)
5. Pull-Ups (One Min) Boxing Combinations (One Min)
6. MB Indian Fighting (30s each side for 1 min) Sit-Ups with Punches (One Min)
7. MB Semi-Circle (30s each side for 2 min)-partner should keep feet moving also
