3/6 Total Body Fat Loss Workout of the Day: Battle Ropes, Squats, TRX, Deadlifts. Speed Ladder
Theme: Unilateral Day-The goal is to work one side at a time so we can figure out which side is stronger and to train your body independently for greater strength
Preparation: Perform 2 sets of the following exercises as quick as possible with good form:
1. Single Leg Squat Single Arm Imaginary Rope Wave *Opp. Arm & Leg (5 each side) *Squat up & down
2. Split Squats (5-10 Each Leg)
3. Single Leg Deadlifts (5 Each Leg) *Straight Leg
4. Jumping Jacks (15) Jumping Jacks with Alt. Foot: 5 (Alt each leg each jump)
5. Side Lunge (5 Each Leg)
6. Close Grip Push-Ups (5-10 Each Arm) *Hips Up *Elbows In
Workout of the Day: Perform 3 sets of the following exercises for 1 Min (15-20s Rest)
1. Battle Ropes: Single Leg Squat Single Arm Wave *Opp. Arm & Leg Overhand Grip (30s each side) *Squat up & down
2. Split Squats with Foot Elevated (30s Each Leg)
3. TRX One Arm Row (30s Each Arm)
4. Plate/DB One Arm Press with Head on Swiss Ball (30s Each Arm) *Hips Up *Elbows In
5. Single Leg Deadlifts (30s Each Leg) *Straight Leg
6. Speed Ladder: Hop Scotch with One Foot (Alt each leg each jump)
7. Side Step-Up (30s Each Leg) *Keep weight on the elevated leg on the step/matt
