2. Squats & Butt Kicks
3. Jump Rope & High Knees
4. Jumping Jacks
5. Side Lunges & Front Back Jacks
6. Push-Ups
7. Good Mornings & High Knee Skips
TABATA: Perform each exercise combo for 20s with 10 s rest for 8 sets total (4 sets each), complete 1 pair of exercises for 8 sets and move to the next one
1. MB Sit Ups & Rings: In-In-Out-Out
2. Sandbag Squats & Butt Kicks
3. Jump Rope & High Knees
4. TRX Rows with Rotation (finish with palms up) & Jumping Jacks
5. Side Lunges & Front Back Jacks
6. Push-Ups & Glider in-out
7. Good Mornings & High Knee Skips
